An Analysis of Lifecycle Management Framework Adopted by BAE Systems

The research question of this project is what the LCM framework is, how it is implemented in BAE and how effective it is in order to achieve successful project management. The aim of this project is to analyse which are the key components of the LCM framework and how this is implemented in BAE Systems. In addition to the above, an assessment will be illustrated based on the data that are available about the effectiveness of this process in managing large and complex engineering projects. An attempt to identify future hazards that could have an impact on the LCM framework will fully address the research question.

Katerina Andrianopoulou è nata a Lygourio di Argolide, in Grecia. La signora Andrianopoulou ha conseguito un Master in Ingegneria Chimica presso l'Università di Patrasso e un Master in Project Management, Finance and Risk presso la City Università di Londra. Attualmente lavora come consulente e sta studiando per il suo terzo MSC in Scienze e Tecnologie Applicate all'Agronomia.
