Dr. Abir Bandyopadhyay is B.Arch, from Calcutta University and PG in Urban Planning from S.P.A., New Delhi. He has done his PhD from IIT Kharagpur. He is Professor in the Department of Architecture, National Institute of Technology Raipur. He has published a book titled "Text Book of Town Planning" and research papers in journals and Conferences.
