An Assessment of Organizational Culture in Admas University College

The success or failure of any organization mainly determined by the existence of dynamic and effective leadership or the lack of it. In managing no matter how competent someone is as a manager, a decision maker, his ultimate success will depend upon whether he able to lead others. As author of this book, in today s dynamic world any organization needs both strong leadership and management in order to be effective. To conclude, creation of innovative environment through participatory decision making, clear quality goals, human concern, socialization and friendship, freedom, coordination, equality, through fair policy and procedure are fundamentals to education quality assurance.

The autor was born in Sodo, Ethiopia in 1971.He has got his BA and MA degrees from Jimma and Addis Ababa University in 2008 and2011 respectivelly . Currently the autor is working in Wolaita Sodo University.
