An immunological study for EBV associated diseases Lymphoma and AIH
Details
This study was planned to detect the immunological and molecular association impact of EBV infection with lymphoma and autoimmune hepatitis , because there are a few studies dealing with such relation and to find out the accurate and early diagnostic protocol for detection of risk patients to infect with such diseases. by :- - Investigate the immunological association of EBV on lymphoma and autoimmune hepatitis by estimation of certain interleukins , auto antibodies and specific CD markers. - Monitoring different phases of EBV infection by using IgG avidity antibody with EBV specific glycoproteins (gp125/or p19) and latent membrane protein (LMP-1). Finlay we concluded that the Increase of positive CD8 tumor infiltrating lymphocytes , and the ratio of CD4/ CD8 equal to (1:1) refers that the tumor infiltrating lymphocytes are T lymphocytes, often CD8 CTLs.
