An Interdisciplinary Analysis of Epistemologies in Africa:

A work on interdisciplinarity focuses on a framework that encompasses a wide range of thoughts and theories that are not similar, but that seek to have a closer relationship in the contexts and aspects that provide efficiency within these nominally diverse themes. Africa is a continent that currently contains around 54 independent countries whose cultures, traditions and ways of life are not the same. Guinea-Bissau is one of the countries on this continent, located on the west coast. It is a Portuguese ex-colony that became independent unilaterally in 1973. In this context, this work aims to understand the impact of epistemologies in Africa, specifically in dialogue with Guinea-Bissau, on the different components that have marked and still mark societies in their relations around power. The work derives from an epistemological dialogue in the wake of the human sciences, using History, Sociology, Anthropology and International Relations as instruments for bibliographical and documentary analysis.
