Our prime attention in entire book was on exploration of energy detector based cooperative spectrum sensing methods in the area of the CR. The foremost role was just to execute a near-optimal LLR based detector which was then simulated for PU signal for different values of signal to noise ratio. The detection performance of three different schemes was done for fixed CR users exchanging information among each other, with Pfa vs Pd curves as the performance standard. A technique to make the data lying within uncertain region effective, we implemented SPRT which thereby increases detection performance. Then we implemented hard soft combined optimum LLR based CSS which improves detection performance with higher reliability.
