Analysing Energy Bills: Solutions for overrun fines

This book deals with a study of electricity pricing at the Federal University of Amazonas, with the aim of proposing improvements in the use of electricity for the institution. Also in this regard, the case of fines for exceeding the contracted demand was meticulously dealt with, a factor that causes UFAM to pay more than half a million reais a year in fines. A new amount to be contracted by the university was calculated using software. In the end, various improvements were proposed to optimise the use of electricity through the conscious use of electricity.
