Analysing Intellectual Capital indicators

The knowledge and intellectual capacity of each individual represent their greatest wealth, and investments to enhance the skills of employees within the organisation are a differentiator for global organisations. 'Any principle of intelligence that we attain in this life will appear with us in the resurrection. And if in this life one person, by his diligence and obedience, acquires more knowledge and intelligence than another, he will have all the more advantage in the world to come' (D&C 130:19).
