Analysis of ICT4D Strategies for Developing Nations in Crises

This research work is a treasure to policy makers in crises-stricken developing nations of the world. The socio-economic and political development of crises-stricken developing nations will depend to a greater extend upon the formulation and implementation of ICT policies that are citizen-centric. This work will hopefully contribute towards enlightening national regulators on ICT strategies the nations should take to alleviate the barriers towards attainment of better lives by the citizens.
