Analysis of internal and external communication in the taxi service

The communication conflicts currently experienced in the private transport service correspond to communication barriers between drivers and users. This is known from the information provided by taxi drivers, who in their eagerness to get more rides use inappropriate language with users, which prevents quality communication between these individuals.
