This book is an extensive analysis of one of the vital practices of Human Resource Management (HRM) i.e. Recruitment & Selection. The book is of great worth to know about the latest practices implemented in AJJ Television Pakistan. The main intend of this book is to provide an understanding to the readers that how the recruitment and selection doings are performed in the large organizations of a developing country that is Pakistan. In order to achieve the aim certain objectives were laid down to check out the staffing procedures practiced in the AAJ Television and to realize the problem related to the recruitment and selection process. In Pakistan the concept of Human Resource Management is quite recent, and there are few organizations that had adopted it along with the other management functions and AAJ Television is one of them. So, in this book an attempt has been made to comprehend different practices of recruitment and selection in context of the AAJ Television, Pakistan.

At present, he is working as a Lecturer in Management Sciences Department at COMSATS Institute of Information & Technology Abbottabad, Pakistan.
