Analysis of Safety Climate Factors and Compliance

Statistics has shown that there are persistently high accident rates in the construction industry which has resulted in various forms of injuries and fatalities. This study analyzed the safety climate factors and compliance among construction industry workers to determine the extent of safety climate factors and compliance in the industry; the relationship between safety climate factors and the prevalence of accidents and as well as the relationship between safety climate factors and compliance among workers in construction companies.
