Analysis of the determinants of partnership and development of the agricultural sector

The problem of the sustainability of agricultural projects in the DRC as in some least developed countries of Africa (LDCs), for nearly 4 decades do not find a sustainable solution to food insecurity.The technical and financial partners and the beneficiary States as well as the farmers share the same apprehension of low impact of actions in the agricultural sector.The revision of methodological approaches and strategies does not seem to provide sustainable solutions to the problem posed.This book has focused on this infernal cycle of counter performances of funds invested in the agricultural sector with a concern to identify problems at the partnership level, strategies and approaches for implementing agricultural sector development projects/programs.Finally, the thesis presents nine strategies that could be used to capitalize funds invested in the agricultural sector at the level of the organization of the internal market in agricultural products, the empowerment of agricultural holdings and the structuring of official development assistance, which must be integrated into the memoranda of understanding between technical and financial partners and implementing partners.
