Analysis & Design of a Quality Management System

This manuscript illustrates an analysis and design of a quality management system integrating all the modules determining the requirement of the ISO standard for obtaining a certification. It presents a technical specification for application developers based on formal and technical specifications through UML modelling diagrams and to be completed by the coding.
