Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and GIS Application

This book is primarily intended for the Undergraduates and Post graduate students of Civil Engineering and Agricultural Engineering. For the development of any civil engineering projects, the identification of seismic activities like soil erosion is prime importance. This text book helps one to understand the application of AHP and GIS techniques for identifying soil erosion prone zones before implementing any of the proposed projects.

Subash Thanappan est professeur associé au département de génie civil de l'université d'Ambo, en Éthiopie, depuis 2011. Il a travaillé à l'Institut de technologie de l'Érythrée à Asmara, en Érythrée, de 2007 à 2011. Il a publié un certain nombre d'articles de recherche et est membre de l'IAHS, de l'IAENG et de l'IFERP.
