Analytical Study of Some Amino-Containing Compounds in Pharmaceuticals

The present book is devoted for developing new methods for the analysis of amino containing compounds, namely: ethamsylate (EST), lacidipine (LCP), esomeprazole magnesium trihydrate (EMZ), Pantoprazole sodium sesquihydrate (PRZ), propafenone hydrochloride (POP) and domperidone (DMO) either in pure form, in pharmaceutical preparations, in content uniformity or in human plasma. The principles of the proposed procedures as well as the experimental parameters and proposal schemes of the reactions were studied, discussed and explained. Furthermore, the data given were statistically analyzed and compared with those obtained by the comparison methods.
