Sanjay Agarwal ist ein vielseitiger Fachmann mit mehr als drei Jahrzehnten strategischer Erfahrung in Indien auf verschiedenen Regierungsebenen in den Bereichen Technik und Verwaltung sowie im Management großer Katastrophenschutz- und Wiederherstellungsprojekte.
