Animal Husbandry in Tropical Lower Gangetic Region

Tropical regions have the most susceptible type of climatic conditions which hamper the dairy farming of concerned area. These areas require upgraded animal husbandry practices to supplement the income of dairy farmers. In addition to this, these areas have been less explored for innovative husbandry practices. Tropical lower Gangetic region is one of such areas. There was an urgent need to pen down the summarized ideas from recent developments as showed in reputed research manuscripts. A clear background about the demographic location and climatic situations prevailing in this region have been laid down in this written work and apart from it, a detailed description about the management of breeding, feeding, day to day cares and veterinary facilities have been presented in this book. This book would be a one step guide to researchers, teachers and students who are interested in improving and learning about the challenges and solutions for this area.
