Annual Operational Plan for Municipalities - Bolivia (2018)

It is understood that the officials responsible for municipal planning, as well as others, do not have a guaranteed job tenure during a complete municipal management (5 years) and that there are very few training options in this regard. Therefore, this document is prepared as a detailed guide, with concrete examples and steps to follow to obtain the final document to be submitted each year in relation to the Annual Operational Plan of the municipalities in Bolivia according to the budget guidelines of the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance in the 2018 management.
