Anthology 11 Future fields

Expectations of the future generally arise from the wish that things will be better than the present. At present, developments are running counter to such wishes, just think of the economic and ecological areas. Consumption with its supply and demand is growing, resources are dwindling, the amount of waste is increasing, the climate is changing and new problem areas are emerging as a result of social change.This anthology in conjunction with political education deals with existing conditions and aims to contribute to greater awareness of current needs in future fields. The starting point for the reflections is the author's educational and professional biography. The structure of the reflections is divided into the main sections of shaping the future, problem areas and sustainable areas of education, each with its own subdivisions, and corresponds to the author's personal interests as a political educator and adult educator. Due to the abundance of facts and theoretical approaches, it seems sensible to make a selection of subject areas and theoretical approaches.
