AOC Removal by Biological Activated Carbon and Beyond
Details
In recent time much inportance has been given to the
treatment of biological pollutants, thus measurement
of Assimilable Organic Carbon have become a very
important in order to understand the biological
stability of the drinking water. Many studies have
showed that maintaining the AOC level to a very low
concentration is not an easy task but a tedious one.
If Assimilable Organic Carbon level is well
maintained and confind it would increase the
operation lifetime of water distribution system and
cut down operation cost.
