So near Yet So far. Balanced Score card is an old concept yet it has been practiced less in NGOs. In other words, it a new concept for NGOs that has been researched very less. This book presents the implementation plan of BSC in NGOs with a proper preamble. In addition to this, the proposed Strategy Map in the book will surely be a source of help for better performance management non governmental organizations.
