Application of emotional competencies

Man executes projects since he is born, starting with the learning of language to communicate and have access to better opportunities, this means that projects are the means that man applies to change situations in himself and in his environment in search of survival and welfare.The success of mankind has depended on the projects and emotional intelligence that has allowed man to integrate into societies to overcome adversities, this has been possible thanks to the social conscience that he possesses and helps him to work as a team, cooperate and make synergy to achieve common purposes. This condition has prevailed over individualism whose paradigm is scarcity and the strategy for success is competition.This study confirms that emotional competencies influence approximately 80% in the performance of projects since their success requires the integration of a team with technical capabilities that can create and bring together the best conditions, capabilities and resources in the specific time and place and this is possible with the harmonious integration of the team that depends on a high level of emotional competencies of people.
