Application of Geomagnetism in the Study of Subsurface Structures

This book is a case study of interpretation of subsurface geologic structures from aeromagnetic and ground magnetic data. It's a research carried out to investigate the geologic structures associated with gold mineralization in northwestern Nigeria. It shows how magnetic data can be filtered with different methods to achieve the aim and objectives of the research. Additionally, it consists the use of lineament enhancement and depth determination techniques applicable to magnetic data.
