Application of HRM Policies in Pakistani News Channels

This study reveals a diverse aspect of a practical operation of human resource management in Pakistan News Channels. It shows that human resource planning; the most critical element of personnel function is emerging. The task of acquiring sound and credible employees in News Channels belongs to the Human Resources Management (HRM). Since, HRM is a known field under the concept of management, it is expected that several theories, models and tools have been developed to promote its manifestations. From this research it is reveled that Geo is considered independent and liberal channel with the unique honor of consistently breaking news. With an innovative concept that targets a new, growing market. Its a fast growing network of channels that is making rapid awareness among the people well also beautifully tackling number of private sector channels causing more competition.
