Application of IOT and ICT in the Development of Green Buildings

This book aims to improve understanding of the IOT, and ICT for the development of green buildings as well as its various dimensions and expected impacts. Based on an extensive literature review, this book first reviews the different available use cases and related definitions related to the topic of the study according to the existing evidence in the literature. For this, beside a literature review, a survey was also conducted and the target respondents were from the rom industry having experience of more than ten (10) to thirty (30) years in their respective fields. The main conclusions of this book are - (1) The green building has achieved a broad appeal among academic, policy, and business audiences, but its interpretation and application have been very diverse. (1) There is very limited research done on the use cases of IOT & ICT for the post-building phase.

Ajay Kumar Pareek a commencé sa carrière en 1993 après avoir obtenu son diplôme en électronique et contrôle à l'institut d'ingénierie Y.M.C.A., Faridabad. Il a travaillé dans différents domaines tels que l'électronique de puissance, l'automatisation industrielle, les machines spéciales, l'acquisition de données et les systèmes de contrôle sur les bus de données ouverts de l'industrie.
