Application of Machine Learning

Feature extraction from protein sequences is a crucial task in bioinformatics. A protein sequence comprises different amino acids arranged in a specific order. Given the rapidly increasing number of protein sequences, understanding the structure and evolutionary functions of unknown protein sequences has become imperative. Therefore, there is an urgent need for the classification of protein sequences in bioinformatics.
