Increasing national and international competition in health care services and marketing have inspired the researcher of Queueing and Reliability area for application of the results of these fields in the studies of complex healthcare systems. With the advancement of modern technology, it is essential to have much with recent research and development in order to measure the effectiveness and performance of service system by the use of queuing and reliability theory. Many hospitals in India are suffering from poor healthcare and quality control technique during the healthcare service system. There is an urgent need to predict the proper maintenance and replacement time of requirement of staffs or equipment, those who or which are used in the health care organizations on one hand and estimate of reliability, up, down and idle time of the service systems on the other hand.
