Application of the PDCA Method for Process Optimisation in an Industry

The textile sector in Brazil has been going through a number of difficulties, so for a company in this sector, it is necessary to make the adjustments that the market demands, and the way to get results immediately is to work on reducing costs. Within this issue, we have an activity that takes a large toll on the company, which is called reprocessing. Using the PDCA cycle and its quality tools, process analyses, phenomenon analyses, brainstorming and other activities were carried out at a fabric dyeing and finishing company.
