Application of Work Posture Analysis Method

"Workers should not use the maximum range. The arrangement of work postures in this case is carried out within the normal range (concepts/principles of the economy of movement). Besides, this arrangement can provide a comfortable working posture. For certain things, workers must be able and flexible enough to regulate their bodies in order to obtain a work posture that is more flexible in moving. Workers should not sit or stand while working for long periods of time, with their head, neck, chest or legs in a tilted working posture."
