ARCHAEOLOGY, THE ORIGINS AND FIELDS

Archeology is the science of studying human civilization, as its objectives are to document and clarify the origins, understand the history of culture, record cultural developments, and study human behavior and the environment. It is concerned with studying the material things that man has left behind, starting with the tools that he made from raw materials to meet the requirements of life in terms of livelihood and housing, etc. Based on the fact that these tools remain after him an indicative trace of his experience and the history of his era. It seeks to provide the scientific material on which the history of art is based by refuting this material, classifying it, and extracting the foundations, theories, and various stages of development.The book deals with three axis introducing: archaeology in terms of its goals, the beginning of its emergence and development, the emergence, the fields of archeology.
