The book presents the results of the survey of the technical condition of architectural monuments of Khiva, analyzes the analysis and calculation of bases and foundations according to the results of the survey, offers methodological recommendations for strengthening, reconstruction and restoration of architectural monuments, ensuring their durability and reliability in operation. And also analyze antiseismic measures of historical architectural monuments of Khorezm and consider the calculated assessment of seismic resistance of some surveyed objects. An attempt is made to extract something common from the complex situations of ancient times and building rules formed in the present.The book is intended for civil engineers, architects, graduate students and teachers of architecture and construction universities, restorers in the development of real projects of reconstruction and strengthening of architectural monuments, as well as scientific organizations in the examination of the technical condition of architectural monuments.
