ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION IN PREGNANT WOMEN

The monograph presents materials reflecting the current state of the problem of arterial hypertension in pregnant women. A detailed description of the regulation and changes in the parameters of the cardiovascular system during physiological pregnancy and pregnancy complicated by arterial hypertension is given. Diagnostic criteria and classification of hypertensive conditions in pregnant women are given. Our own results of studying hemostasis in physiologically occurring pregnancy and in pregnant women with various forms of arterial hypertension are presented in detail. Data on the impact of various forms of arterial hypertension on pregnancy outcomes are presented. Current approaches to the treatment of arterial hypertension in pregnant women from the perspective of proven efficacy and safety on the normal course of pregnancy, fetal and neonatal outcomes are outlined.
