Artificial Intelligence and Financial Markets

With this book, the author has sought to analyze the risks and benefits that could be generated by the massive arrival of autonomous Artificial Intelligence. Blending analogy, assimilation and a forward-looking approach, the main aim of this work is to contribute to the debate on the revolution promised by the advocates of Artificial Intelligence. In the course of this research paper, the author attempts to provide an insight into a closed environment that has not yet been much studied by legal science, but which has already been greatly disrupted by the digital revolution and is on the brink of transformation as a result of Artificial Intelligence.
