Die Arbeit interpretiert die strafrechtliche Verantwortlichkeit und den rechtlichen Status von KI-Entitäten. Neben der Darstellung und Erörterung der Ziele und der notwendigen Eignung der Rechtspersönlichkeit liegt der inhaltliche Schwerpunkt des Buches auf der rechtlichen Analyse der Bestimmung des Rechtsstatus zukünftiger KI-Systeme. Anschließend wird der Frage nachgegangen, wie Strafen und Strafzwecke für heutige und zukünftige fortgeschrittene KI-Systeme aussehen könnten.

In addition to outlining and discussing the goals and necessary suitability of legal personhood, the substantive focus of the book is on the legal analysis of determining the legal status of future AI systems. It then explores the question of what penalties and punitive purposes could be applied for current and future advanced AI systems.

Autorentext
Müslüm Fincan, LL.M., studied law in Gaziantep/Turkey in 2014. After law school, he was admitted to the bar by the Gaziantep Bar Association. After receiving his Master's degree from Turkey, he was a visiting scholar at Friedrich-Alexander Erlangen-Nuremberg University, where he received his Ph.D. in May 2022. Since 2022, he has obtained bar admission from the Saarland Bar Association as Avukat according to 206 BRAO.
