Arts and Technology

This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed proceedings of the Fourth International Conference on Arts and Technology, ArtsIT 2014, held in Istanbul, Turkey, in November 2014. The 17 revised full papers presented were carefully selected and reviewed from numerous submissions.
