Assesment of Burden of Disease in Rural populace,India

This book highlights the pattern of disease in Rural population of India. The main burden of disease among infectious disease is Tuberculosis whereas Diabetes followed by Hypertension is the chief Non communicable diseases.Road traffic accident is the major cause of injury & disability.Data suggests that despite of presence of govt facilities they are mostly visiting private health care provider for seeking health care.
