Transportation is at the center of logistics as it represents the physical movement of materials between points in a supply chain. In this study the existing practices of fleet management on service delivery of the Agency will be critically analyzed and an improved Fleet management Practices proposed to enhance the efficiency of the Fleet management system. Kibatu Seifu was born on July 14, 1986 Mihur, Ethiopia. Kibatu Received his Bachelor of Art in Management at Bahir Dar University and a Masters in logistics and supply chain management at Addis Ababa University, school of commerce Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.In 2011, He joined ministry of Health Ethiopia worked in different positions.
