Assessment of staff motivation in a health facility

Motivation is and remains a problem that must be addressed, so we conducted research on the evaluation of motivation of the nursing staff at the General Hospital of Reference of Kamina in order to contribute to the welfare of the population, it is a descriptive study prospective cross-sectional, the sampling is likely to be exhaustive structured on 45 people, the interview and the questionnaire were our techniques of data collection.After investigations, we arrived at the results according to which the personnel of the General Hospital of reference of Kamina would be under-mitive' with all the consequences of repercussion on the quality of care to which one claims.
