Assessment of The Constitutionality of The Death Penalty

This book is about the right to life that is given to all human beings and whether or not this right can be or should be taken away. In addition an assessment of the constitutionality of the death penalty will be of interest since in Uganda there are divergent views between the retentionist and the abolitionist. Capital punishment is a very cruel and degrading form of treatment and offers no opportunity for reform.
