It is the administrative organization which manage Imam Reza shrine and institutions belonged to this organization. The administrative organization of Astan Quds Razavi is considered as the most long-lasting organization which exists since the martyrdom of Imam Reza about 1200 years ago. The main resource of the institution is endowments, estimated to be worth $15 billion and dominating the economy of the city of Mashhad.
