Attrition in Indian BPO Sector - A Conceptual Study
Details
This conceptual study is a modest attempt to thoroughly review the literature relating to various facets of attrition especially the antecedents of turnover and to present a set of variables which affect the high turnover of employees in this sector. The study has come out with four set of variables viz. organisational culture, commitment, organisational citizenship behaviours and turnover intentions that had showed a strong relationship with the underlying problem of attrition in BPO sector. On the basis of extant literature, some objectives and hypotheses had been drawn which could form the basis of further research in this field.
