This study is "Audience Perception of the Influence of Radio Benue on Voting Behaviour: A Study of 2023 General Election." sought to investigate audience perception of the influence of Radio Benue on voting behaviour. The Agenda Setting Theory was harnessed to support the research. The research used survey method to collect data from respondents. Major findings It was also found that the political programmes on Radio Benue expose people to their rights as electorates, educate people on how free and fair election should be conducted and encourages electorates to cast their votes. Findings further proved that the station was not able to carry the people along in terms of participation in the election. Findings also pointed out that the station had minimal influence on the political behaviour of the people. Lastly, it was found that Radio Benue does not adhere to the ethics of journalism such as fairness, balance and objectivity. The study amongst others recommended that Radio Benue should ensure objectivity, balance and accuracy in their political programmes to ensure it have a positive influence on voters' behaviour.
