Authentic democracy to restore our prosperity that austerity disrupts

Cultural integrity-in-diversity enhances the human entelechy in us for personal vitality, institutional invigoration and viable socioeconomic development as well as morality, human integrity, societal solidarity, cooperation and amicable human and organizational relations. The research monograph at hand presents and tests this model, using the system dynamics (SD) modeling method. The experimental results show how the austerity policies of the pseud-aristocratic or swanky régime -under which all of us live and work- disrupt our viable future. Through a transition from societal system structure and dynamics to focusing our attention on one-time events, abrupt disequilibria manifest themselves as systemic discontinuities through time. Authentic democracy ideals can help prevent such catastrophes. Cast as a methodological application too, the book shows the use and benefits of formal SD model analysis.
