Automated System for Land Administration

Automated system for Bole sub city land Administration which founds in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; presents all the sectors of the job represented in a computer based database system of the company. The existing problem is that there are no adequate information's stored inside a computer that is helpful towards the different sectors that the land administration uses. Since the work of this sectors is mostly by hard copy data of a user maybe misplaced or lost. The reason is due to lack of data organization and excess storage of files. The aim is to outline the benefit of having a relevant and reliable land information system in place and also process whereby land and the information about is effectively managed. The Guidelines identify the factors that should be taken into account in developing the legislation, organization, databases and maps, as well as the funding mechanisms, required to implement and maintain a solid land administration system in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
