Frank Hees ist stellvertretender Direktor des Institutscluster IMA/ZLW & IfU der RWTH Aachen University. Zudem ist er geschäftsführender Gesellschafter und Berater der Nets 'n' Clouds Consulting für Technologieentwicklung und Organisationsoptimierung GmbH und ist Senator im Bundesverband für Wirtschaftsförderung und Außenwirtschaft e.V. (BWA). Er studierte Wirtschaftsgeographie, Politik und Internationale Technische und Wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit an der RWTH Aachen. Seine Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind Strategieberatung, Wissensmanagement in Unternehmen und Netzwerken, Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung, Teamentwicklung und Einzelcoaching von Führungskräften, Begleitung von Change Prozessen, Analyse und Reorganisation von Führungsprozessen.
