Automation of Crous/z's own revenue tracking system

Effective monitoring of own financial revenue is an essential pillar in ensuring the efficient and transparent management of the Centre Régional des uvres Universitaires Sociales (CROUS) de Ziguinchor. By guaranteeing the traceability of funds and ensuring compliance with current accounting and regulatory standards, this process plays a crucial role in strategic decision-making by providing reliable, real-time financial data.However, despite its vital importance, revenue tracking at CROUS Ziguinchor relies mainly on manual methods, exposing the process to inefficiencies, errors and delays. Faced with these challenges, this thesis proposes an innovative solution: the development of a proprietary financial revenue tracking application specifically designed to meet the needs of CROUS Ziguinchor. This application offers an automated, user-friendly and intuitive solution for recording, managing and analyzing proprietary financial revenue, thus improving the efficiency and accuracy of the revenue tracking process.Key words: Automation, Manual, Monitoring, Receipts.
