Awareness of People about the E-Banking Services in India

The book shows the awareness level of the people about the e-banking services in India with special reference to the Area of Kodalia Gram Panchayat-1, Chinsurah, Hooghly, West Bengal, India. The study reveals that most of the people are aware of e-banking services but they hesitate to use the modern technology of banks. So, the banking sector should conduct some awareness camps to make people aware of the modern technologies and various techniques of the e-banking system for removing such hesitation of customers and motivate more people to adopt the facilities available under the e-banking system.
