Effective application of balanced scorecard in strategy implementation would lead to extremely successful organizations. However, there could be challenges that could be faced by organizations when applying the balanced scorecard in strategy implementation. Organizations therefore need to pay attention to these challenges and ascertain effective ways to overcome them by setting appropriate strategies.
