Completed in 1924 for the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad with a capacity of 3.8 billion bushels, it is a concrete structure on the edge of the Locust Point neighborhood. The workhouse is 22 feet high with industrial sash windows, and the grain bins are 105 feet high.
